Packing and Shipping
Most items are shipped flat in a custom shipping box, with the exception of certain prints that will be packaged and shipped in a small tube. All packages will be insured for the appropriate value.
Items shipped within the state of Maine will receive free shipping or they may be picked up at Mainely Frames & Gallery, 541 Congress Street, Portland, ME. All other domestic and international packages will be shipped by UPS at the buyer’s expense.
Returns
All our maps and artwork are guaranteed authentic. If the buyer is unsatisfied for any reason, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Mainely Frames & Gallery does not refund shipping fees and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You will be issued a refund of the purchase price upon inspection of the returned item(s).
We will not refund items that are returned damaged. If an item was damaged in transit to the buyer, we will assist with an insurance claim. The buyer must contact us at (207) 828-0031 or mainelyart@mainelyart.com within 24hrs of receiving the damaged item(s), so we can start the claims process. The buyer must keep all of the original packaging materials and are responsible for fully and accurately documenting the damage to the entire package and product(s). A refund or replacement will be arranged in a timely fashion.
